ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Size or Color Changes:
If you need to modify the size or color of your item, email us at help@69collective.co before your order has been fulfilled. Once an order is fulfilled, no changes can be made.

Order Cancellations:
We do not allow cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing help@69collective.co Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Refund Method:
All approved returns are issued as 69 COLLECTIVE e-gift cards, excluding original shipping fees. No cash or credit refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns are reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days of being received.

Exchange Policy:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your order for an e-gift card and place a new order once your return has been processed.
